Leif's Birthday celebrations

Our friend Leif celebrated his 20th Birthday on the 12th June and as our duty as good friends we all took a road trip to Sharm el Sheikh to the water park there. We arrived eager and excited and as soon as we were in our costumes we were on the first slide. We went on every slide at the park but we all tended to favour the slides that were potentially harmful to our health : )

Schade aber toll...
It is with great grief, but in the knowledge that his time had come and that he has had his share of travels and adventures, that I proclaim the death of Mr. Leatherman Pouch.
Dolphins!

For the first time in my life I saw dolphins yesterday, on the third of June, 2009. I have been much closer to them, years ago, when I was sitting on a surfboard off the Californian coast and they - reportedly - passed behind my back, playing beautifully in the waves. - But that's long gone now and this time they actually ventured into my field of vision.

Ashod Papazian - Man of the month

How nice! After training with Felix and Rolf (congrats for the AIDA **), the Apnea Academy week was just what it took to get back into freediving mode. Some tough theory sessions and some waterwork with the Swiss and then go get some socializing and some line work with the Italians. Beautiful. :)
And we got to see Ashod Papazian break the Egyptian record in Constant Weight (his own) and set it to 70 metres! Ashod, You're the man! :D
