I've met Josie, she is cool and this I say as she sits across the table from me and studying very...uh...hard for her Freediving Instructor course that is due to start in 5 days. She and I have been training in the bay over the last week, doing a lot of dynamics and practising turns and different warm ups. Also managing to get a few tips from 'The Wonka' which was most heplful in getting our turns straightened out. Now Josie can have the honor of being a little bit 'Wonkered' before her Instructors' starts.

Dahab is crawling with freedivers, big and small at the minute. 'Tis the season of Triple Depth : )

Richard and I decided to cycle over to the Blue Hole today for day one of the competition and whilst doing so I have noticed that my bike chain is past its best. But we arrived safely and was in time to catch a bit of the action. As Richard and I were merely observers and it gave Richard the opportunity to take some fab photos of the competitors and others at the competition.
