Some Freedivers have been very busy folks setting records in the Bahamas Vertical Blue 2010 event.
Herbert Nitsch (AUS) has walked away with two more World Records under his belt, that brings his total WR's to 31. He performed a 4'28" free immersion (FIM) dive to 120 metres and a massive 124 metre dive in constant weight (CWT).
The host of the event William Trubridge was busy setting his own new world record in constant weight no fins (CNF) to 95metres. A master in this discipline his technique is flawless, and he is a demonstration that training technique reaps rewards.
In another part of the world Natalia Molchanova realised a new World Record of 225 metres in dynamic (DYN) in Moscow.
Amongst the World Records there have been many National Records set as well as some great personal achievements and we extend our congratulations to all the competitors.
